Workflows & automation
Make work flow.
For recurring work slowed by copying, unclear handoffs or disconnected tools. Map the process, simplify it, and automate the parts that justify it — with or without AI.
A useful starting point
The same information is copied between tools, requests disappear between teams, or recurring reporting takes more effort than the result warrants. First establish what actually happens, including the exceptions that a tidy process diagram can miss.
How we work
We map the workflow with the people involved, remove unnecessary steps and identify a bounded part to improve. Existing integrations, a small script or a simpler shared process may be sufficient. Where automation is useful, we define inputs, permissions, review points and what should happen when a step fails.
What you can take forward
- A workflow map with responsibilities and exceptions.
- An agreed integration or automation, tested against representative cases.
- Operating notes covering monitoring, recovery and human review.
The team receives the source or configuration and practical instructions for running and changing the workflow. We agree how to recognise a failure, who responds and which actions need approval.
